HKODA would like to provide Educational Grant for ONE member of HKODA to attend "The World Psychiatric Association International Congress 2013" during 27th - 30th October 2013, in Vienna, Austria. Our Educational Grant, with a maximum of HK$32,000, will cover Registration fee (Main Event), Air ticket and Accommodation during the congress for the nominated delegate, who should provide all official receipts for reimbursement after Congress.
